Antonio Sabia has been serving traditional Italian food to Sydneysiders for over a decade. At Puntino, a classic hidden gem on the outskirts of the city, Tony brings the best of Basilicata to Sydney. Guests can enjoy simple, regional cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Tony is a passionate advocate of rustic, homemade food and woodfire cooking, still using many original recipes from his childhood. Tony’s passion for real food is enhanced by the use of fresh, homemade ingredients.
Stop and take a look inside the Puntino window on your way to work in the morning; you will see a member of our restaurant family kneading the pizza dough and making fresh pasta in preparation for the day ahead. - Ability to lead the team, work under pressure and handle conflicts
